2019 – APARTMENT IN PASEO MARÍTIMO
ORDER: Complete renovation of the house
PROPOSAL: The 120 m2 apartment has a series of conditions that have been considered when making the proposal:
On one hand, the location with magnificent views of the bay of Palma. It is a key value that we have considered opening all the rooms towards the bay.
On the other hand, as a drawback, the low ceiling height, increased by a beams that cross it from side to side: hence the set of false ceilings that we have created to save these circumstances.

As a last determining factor, we should point out the carpentry work on the 50's facade, which we have maintained and which have been restored and have been the basis of the decoration, bringing a vintage atmosphere.
The result is a bright, open-plan distribution home, where we have used the wood as the main decorative element.
