2018- APARTMENT IN PASEO MARITIMO - PALMA - MALLORCA
ORDER: The client requested a full renovation of a 170 m2 flat built in the 1960s, in order to adapt it to the needs of a young couple without children.
PROPOSAL: The apartment has privileged views of the Paseo Marítimo that were used to the maximum for the entrance of natural light, since the distribution had many wasted spaces and closed rooms. Noble materials such as stone and wood were combined, and the space for the fireplace was given prominence, as a connector-separator link between the living room, dining room and kitchen.
