2019 – HOUSE IN EL CALVARI - POLLENSA
ORDER: The customers bought a lot to build a home. The architectural project has been carried out by the Antoni Cánaves studio, and our studio has carried out the interior design and decoration project.
PROPOSAL: The house is located at the top of Calvari de Pollensa, with wonderful views. The guidelines set by the architectural project in terms of interior distribution have been taken into account and in our project we define all the carpentry, exterior and interior materials, finishes, lighting, kitchen and the exterior area for the porch and barbecue area.
On the open floor plan, the living room, dining room and kitchen were connected to the porch, from where you can enjoy the views through large windows. A central element that integrates the fireplace takes centre stage.
Outside, the use of local materials has been combined with a marked rustic air, like a town house.
In the interior, noble and rustic materials are still used, but introducing a more minimalist design, which temporalizes the house, without losing the essence of a town house.
